Jordan Furlong is a consultant, author, and legal market analyst who forecasts the impact of changing market conditions on lawyers and law firms. He has given dozens of presentations to legal audiences worldwide over the past several years. Formerly an award-winning editor of three Canadian legal periodicals, Jordan is also a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and co-directs the advisory board of Suffolk University Law School's Institute on Legal Innovation and Technology. He is the author of Law Is a Buyer's Market: Building a Client-First Law Firm, and he writes regularly about the changing legal market at his website, law21.ca.
Brian Kuhn is the Founder and Global Co-Leader of Watson Legal business at IBM and inventor of Outside Counsel Insights, the legal industry’s first AI solution for reducing outside counsel spend. As a former practicing financial services lawyer, Brian is responsible for leading and growing the Watson Legal brand worldwide. Brian is also responsible for defining the intersection of legal artificial intelligence and blockchain for law for IBM. In 2017, Brian became a pioneering member has led over 140 use case definition workshops with legal clients to help identify and justify where cognitive capabilities intersect with clients’ practice and business needs.

Known for innovation in the business of law Jonathan has particular expertise in R&D and service design. As the Managing Director for DWF Ventures, he is responsible for stimulating new ideas, delivering R&D priorities and supporting early growth Connected Services. Orsolya, the Partner at Szecskay Attorneys at Law & ELTA Ambassador & Past President at AIJA association, will host Legal Tech panel debate. She is a regular speaker at various legal conferences on subjects including the future of the legal profession & services. She led the AIJA team in charge of the joint CCBE/AIJA survey project on the future of the legal profession.

Currently, she is disrupting the legal industry with her Corporate Governance and Maintenance Platform, a secured online infrastructure to store, manage and generate legal documents to consummate deals efficiently and cost-effectively.
James leads KPMG’s Global Legal Technology initiative as part of KPMG International. Building on his background as a former software developer and consultant James now works with some of KPMG’s largest technology alliance partners and internal teams taking ideas from origination to development and on to deployment bringing solutions to market across multiple territories.
Andrés Felipe is a lawyer and enterpreneur, CTO of Laserna & Barón Abogados, one of the most important law firms in urbanistic, real estate and corporate law in Colombia. Also the creator of Mutuo abogados, a digital project that seeks to facilitate the management and understanding of the law to ordinary people through the use of design and technological tools.
Jan, a Partner at Deloitte Legal in the Czech republic will host CEE & Law Firms panel debate. He has extensive experience in advising on management liability matters & corporate governance issues. Jan is leading the Czech Corporate Governance Center. He is also Chairman of the Board of Transparency International, Czech Republic.
Martin is one of the founding partners of the law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík. In 2017 and 2018 he served as the President of the International Bar Association. During his presidency he co-founded the Presidential Task Force on the Future of Legal Services which was formed to address critical issues arising from changes in the legal profession.
Erwin is Managing Partner of the law firm Taylor Wessing in the Czech Republic. He is CEE Head of Real Estate & Construction, advises national and international clients and is Vice-President of the Real Estate Commission of the Union Internationale des Advocats. Erwin is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Third annual Innovative Legal Services Forum focused on three major areas –Technology / Business / CEE Visions. The conference brought world-renowned experts together on one stage. Our exclusive guests from different business fields shared their case studies at diverse panel discussions. More than 15 speakers contributed with their know-how, visions and experience. #ILSF2018 audience members are partners of the biggest law firms, heads of corporate legal teams, legal innovators and prominent business leaders. The keynote speakers were Andrew Arruda, CEO of ROSS Intelligence (CAN), Catherine Bamford, CEO of BamLegal (UK), Nilema Bhakta - Jones, CEO of Alacrity (UK) and Friedrich Blase from The Un-Firm (CAN)
The second year of the Innovative Legal Services Forum focused on three main areas: Worldwide Inspiration, Clever Use of Technology and the Law Firm Business in CEE. The conference was one of the top events in the CEE region. Attendees discussed topics such as Big Data, Outsourcing, Law Firm Business Model & Compensation. The keynote speakers were Janet Stanton and Bruce MacEwen from Adam Smith, Esq., Dana Denis-Smith from Obelisk Support and Canadian entrepreneur Aron Solomon.
The inaugural year of the Innovative Legal Services Forum took place in May 2016 in Prague. It was a hugely successful event with more than 180 participants from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The event was held under the auspices of Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Polish bar associations and AIJA. The keynote speakers were Jaap Bosman, author of the book Death of a Law Firm, Christoph H. Vaagt, author of the book General Counsel in 21st century, Georgia Brooks, former European editor at Chambers & Partners and, last but not least, Nicole Bäck-Knapp, Partner at Ecker & Partner.
